There are several reasons why I don’t take pictures of my kids.

Taking pictures of my kids is really not pleasurable or enjoyable. It’s full of empty threats, bribery, and temper tantrums (both the kids & myself). It is the anti-bonding family experience. I have to remind myself that posed and perfect are not the ways I want to remember my children. I want to capture them just the way they are, finger up the nose and all.

PS- Those lashes were not inherited from me. Why is it that the boys always get them?
