Just taking a quick break from posting family photography
to post one of my favorite photo sessions.

It included a tub,
three kids,
massive amounts of bubbles,
and me–
still in my pajama’s with unbrushed teeth and no make-up on.
Pretty scary huh?! (Just think how my husband feels)

It’s a good thing they’re three of my most forgiving photography clients, who have no choice but to love me unconditionally.

My children, gotta love ‘em–
Full of crazy and always entertaining…

PS- These were all shot with my Canon Rebel XT and my 50 mm 1.8 lens in natural light.
Settings: 2.8 AV with varying shutter speeds & ISO 200.
To edit I used my lighten action,
ran Totally Rad Actions 2 LUX (soft) action at 70ish% opacity,
then I used my Feeling Blue action at 80ish% opacity.
And last, re-sized and sharpened for the web.

I absolutely love this family!

We (our husbands) ventured school together in the ghetto’s of Philadelphia. I’m serious when I say the ghetto.
Serious.
No one was shot at, but there was a shooting on the corner of the school (a gun “shooting”, not a photography “shooting” done by photographers).
None of our cars got stolen, but both of our cars were broken into.
There are Taco Bells, but you place your order behind bullet proof glass.
They do have bathrooms, but people prefer to stand next to the soda fountain IN THE MIDDLE OF TACO BELL to “relieve themselves”.
True story.
I wish it wasn’t, but it is.

So now that I’ve tainted the following pictures with visions of Dirty Taco Bell Man how about I move on?

I’m really loving these little babies. They’re cute, and small, and cuddly, and kissable, and lovable, and they’re dangerous. Very dangerous. If you’re around them long enough they’ll start to make you want one of your own. Naughty little things.
