Families & Holidays
January 13th, 2010
When Wendy, a fantastic photographer, contacted me to do some extended family pictures I got a little nervous for two reasons:
1. I’m lame. I get intimidated to shoot another photographer. It’s true Wendy.
2. Extended families can be a little challenging. That’s a lot of people.
Well, when Wendy told me that her family only consisted of 3 siblings (and their little families) my mind was put at ease. You see when you come from a family of 8 children and 33 (almost 35) grandkids shooting a family of 16 is a breeze.
We shot these in freezing temperatures… FREEZING.

Awesome!! All of their outfits look Great! They were worth the FREEZING temps love em.
Ginnie, these are awesome! Nobody looks like they are freezing. Hudson doesn’t look like he cried the entire time. I NEVER like pictures of myself and I actually really like the one of our family. So, you did an incredible job on these. Thank you SO much! Can’t wait to see the rest.
You’ve done it again! Beautiful families & beautiful poses. You did such an amazing job with the group shot and I am lovin’ the candid middle shot of that family.
I love how you edited the pictures. Love that park, I go there often.
I am loving these!
I love the Pettiskirts! So cute! And yup…love that park…
Congrats BTW…just read your everyday blog. Love that Kaleb wants Bono or the Edge. U2 fan that early…you’re training him well.
haha!
Love your work! And I agree, no one looks like they’re freezing…way to go!
Very cute!
Wonderful work, especially with such a large group. That last shot is perfection.
